So, today, let's be aware of all the decisions we make, based on fear. Maybe you love those shoes, but you wore the other pair today because you were afraid people would think your original choice was too flashy. You'd be afraid they would think you were too.....whatever. So now you're wearing a pair of shoes that don't make you feel as good as the one's you love. Why? Oh, that's right, fear.
It's not about other people. Not at all. It never is. It's about our concepts. And there are no good reasons to deprive ourselves. Unless, of course, that's what you'd like to experience here in this place we call life. What's in, is out. So, for today, let's become aware of when or if we do, or don't do, something out of fear. Big, little, or in between fear, it doesn't matter. And remember, today you don't have to do anything about it. Today, all you have to do is look it right in the eye.
